Embark on a transformative journey towards becoming a Certified Vinyasa for All Levels Yoga Teacher through our Yoga Alliance approved 200hr YTT program. Immerse yourself in a carefully crafted training environment that nurtures a profound dedication to self-discovery and growth.

Chelsea and Nicole are the lead instructors for their premier 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in New Jersey.  Participants will meet at Yoga Essence of Dunellen for five to six weekends over a 3 month period.  

 

Upon completion, you will have gained a new community of life-long friends, the ability to teach a vinyasa yoga class, a heightened sense of confidence, empowerment to be truly present in your life, and so much more.

 

Our program features modules on yoga philosophy, meditation, history, and lifestyle; yoga anatomy, sequencing, verbal/physical cues, modifications, pranayama, vinyasa for all levels, building your yoga business, and more.

You will be able to teach in gyms, yoga studios, online, in offices, in private settings, and more. If you are local to any of Yoga Essence studios, you will also have the option to enroll in a FREE 8-week mentorship program with potential job placement (more details can be provided upon registration).

Program Investment

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your registration (your deposit goes towards final amount due + enjoy FREE 30 day of unlimited yoga when you submit your deposit!).

 

We have three payment options:

1. Early-bird discount - $3000 ($600 savings) cash/check paid in full.

​

2. Paid in Full Discount-$3600 (original cost of program is $4200) via cash/check​.

​

3. Payment Plan – 4 payments of $1,050. Must be paid by end of program.
