What is Reiki: Reiki is a form of energy healing. It is an ancient practice that is

used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and

emotional healing.

What is level 1?

Course Topics:

-History, Principles and Elements of Reiki

-Energy Attunement

-Hand Positions for Self-Treatment

Course Includes: Shoden Manual and Certificate of Completion. Participants who complete Reiki Level 1 Training will be eligible for continuing education.

Course Topics:
-Quick review of Level 1
-Symbols
a. How to draw them
b. The Mantra for each symbol
c. The Kotodama (the energetic vibration for each symbol)
-Learn how to send distance Reiki
-Attunements

-You will receive an Okuden Manual and a Certificate of Completion.
