2024 Aerial Yoga Teaching Training with Alexandra Salas

Friday 6pm-9pm Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm

This 40-hour AYTT program is suitable for anyone interested in teaching or adding aerial yoga to their practice.

 Training includes:

• Online access to course materials and knowledge checks

• A dashboard of poses and recommended progressions you can adapt accordingly when planning classes from Aerial foundations, restorative, yin or more advanced levels

• Opportunities to co-teach with Alex and our other aerial yoga instructors 

• Digital and Printed AYTT certificate of completion

• 30 in-studio hours at YES Aerial Fitness located at 56 Payne Road Lebanon, NJ, 08833

• Review of aerial yoga equipment, set up, maintenance and safety & 10 hours of online content

•  In-person training includes class observations, co-teaching and individual practice

• Trainees will have access classes and the aerial yoga swings (for personal practice) at two studio locations YES Aerial Fitness of Lebanon and Yoga Essence of Dunellen
